What do we think of mango violeta? There are two or three items is quite like but it's so refreshing to see a larger than average model in the clothes.

Links please

I think too many of the dresses are high necked and/or with a waist tie. Not really the most flattering, and not styles I wear as a size 14 (the range starts at a 14).

NoArmaniNoPunani · 06/04/2014 10:54

Horrible and insulting. The clothes look like sacks. The range starts at 12, hardly plus sized

LauraShigihara · 06/04/2014 10:57

I thought they were hideous and agree that most of it looks like floppy sacks tied up in the middle.

I might be podgy but I am not frumpy.

crutchlow35 · 06/04/2014 11:06

I have just looked. Not very good really. Dresses and skirts are too short. Dresses look like sacks. No sleeves - this drives me nuts. As a larger lady I want sleeves even in summer.

oliviafrombolivia · 06/04/2014 13:11

I bought a pair of trousers, wore them twice, washed once, the whole front 'fly' seam came apart and frayed... never again, all very polyester and badly made. Nightmare trying to get refund on postage after returning as faulty as well.

BelindaAllWorkedOut · 06/04/2014 13:25

The snakeskin strappy heels look gorgeous, though.

PartyConfused · 06/04/2014 13:33

I don't think it's all bad. I like to think I look similar to the model Grin! Which I guess is the first and last time I will ever get to say that.

Some of it is very unflattering and frankly awful. But I do like some bits...probably not enough to purchase though. But seeing someone my size wearing it would definitely sway me.

AmberNectarine · 07/04/2014 12:23

When did 12 become a plus size?!?!

Vickiyumyum · 07/04/2014 12:59

I think some of it looks nice. Quite classic and elegant. its never going to win any prizes for being fashion forward though, but not everyone wants to be on trend.

I do think it is ££ though. I would have liked it when plus sized, but at my heaviest a size 22 would have been too small.

polyhymnia · 07/04/2014 17:54

Last time I looked I agree - hideous and insulting were among words that sprang to mind.

bettybigballs · 07/04/2014 18:00

Why insulting Polyhymnia?

Although not mind-blowing fashion forward I do think it's refreshing to see bigger models, i can actually get an idea of what the clothes look like it you have big hips and boobs.

I mean insulting to Plus size women to assume these frumpy and unflattering garments are what we want.
