Is this ok for a wedding?

Haven't been to one in a decade. I've bought this dress but need advice on shoes & bag please.

I have to wear tights due to skin issues so can't wear sandals. Do bag & shoes have to match?

Is this ok for a wedding?

I don't think bag and shoes should match. I think I'd go for a yellow clutch bag to brighten it up a bit

Thanks for your replies. Wouldn't have thought of yellow, what colour shoes would work with that?
