Forehead lines - does anything help?!

I've had deep (worry) lines on my forehead for years and I'm wondering if any of you ladies have any recommendations for improving the appearance of them, be it make up; beauty products; treatments...

Any top tips that have worked for you (assuming I'm not the only person with them, sob), would be hugely appreciated.

I don't drink enough water so I am starting there...

Botox, swear by it

Get your eyes tested regularly so you don't squint. Prescription sunglasses are the best for dring 90% of the time - sunglasses to prevent the crowd feet, prescription for te squint
