Conditioner that actually washes away properly!

Can anyone recommend a nice conditioner that actually washes out easily? I have been put off using it as the last couple I have bought don't seem to rinse off and my hair is left feeling heavy and sticky. I have tried using only a small amount but I can still feel it after drying hair.
I need to use it now as have just had highlights and want to keep it in good condition.

I've actually started conditioning before I shampoo. It gives my hair just enough moisture without weighing it down. This might work for you too?

I was coming on to write exactly what AuroraRoared has already written.
I have curly, fine hair, which can be a real pain!
It appears to behaving a lot better since doing the washing backwards.

Lush Veganese conditioner is quite light. Not cheap though, and you have to brave the stinky shop to buy it.

I don't like conditioner myself. It makes my hair too fluffy. I use a good splodge of serum after I've washed it and that keeps it in check.
