Just that really - anyone recommend a good one as the ones I use don't seem to make a bit of a difference & my hands just seem dry & getting worse!

I really like Lush Dream Cream, for pretty much everything tbh. I've tried OPI Avoplex (good) and a Nip nFab one (smells lovely), but always go back to Dream Cream.

Yes to Dream Cream, I use it for face and body but keep Helping Hands in my desk, bathroom, kitchen as the Dream Cream tubs are too big to have 4 on the go at once. I could decant it I suppose, but I like the squirty bottles of HH.

Lush - Helping Hands cream. Smells good enough to eat and is far better at helping my eczema than my medicated cream from the Dr!

I swear by this manuka honey stuff www.hollandandbarrett.com/pages/product_detail.asp?pid=1671

Ooh yes, I'd forgotten about that Manuka Honey one, yes, that's very good too, I had a little gift set of three Dr O handcreams last year. I use the bar soap that goes with it and it smells lovely. Dr Organic liquid soaps are about the only ones I can use on my hands without giving them eczema.

I often use pure coconut oil rubbed in. It works quicker then any others I've used at repairing cracks and never stings.

Otherwise, my favourite ones I've used have been Avon ones- any of their intensive ones. Cheap and work well.

I love L'occitane hand cream. A little goes a long way.

The best ever cream was olay total effects hand cream. It was fantastic, your hands looked years younger when using it.

Obviously they discontinued it Angry
