Dress for interview??

Looking for a formal/ tailored dress for a job interview preferably one with some kind of sleeve so I don't have to buy a jacket as well! Feel like I've looked everywhere. Any bright ideas?

Gosh didn't think the sleeves would be so difficult to find! Had a look on Reiss, House of Fraser, Wallis, Zara with not much luck.
If wearing a dress I'd probably opt for a relatively plain one, nice jewellery, possibly a brighter scarf or pashmina thingy.
Here's a very plain navy shift dress, usually more forgiving than black.

Less formal is this from Oasis www.oasis-stores.com/colourblock-shirt-dress/dresses/oasis/fcp-product/3770038419
Black V neck option www.debenhams.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/prod_10701_10001_028020221060_-1
Black high round neck

They're pretty safe options, which I think is a good idea for an interview, you can let your personality show more through your clothes once you've got the job.

Found one in oasis- £20 in the sale! Thanks for suggestions though. Shops are full of flimsy summer dresses even though it's still baltic. Well, it is up north anyway!
