I had a clarisonic but it was way too harsh for my (not particularly sensitive) skin.

Clarisonic. I love it. You can get sensitive heads.

I use it on my body too, the body head attachment and it's amazing for keeping my body soft and smooth.

I have the clarisonic plus but I don't think there is any difference really between that and the Mia.

I have both a Clarisonic Mia and a Clarisonic Plus. They are to all intents and purposes the same. I use a sensitive brush and the Clarisonic brand cleansers. My skin is looking better than it has done for years!
