Avoid anything too 'work-y' with skinny jeans. It looks a bit half arsed. Shoes can't do double duty for work and going out, in my view.
I think that very high, pointy, spiky shoes look good with skinny jeans, as do strappy sandals. A high block heel looks quite modern.
I prefer black or a strong colour. Nude is starting to be a bit old hat, on my view, especially nude patent. Silver is a good neutral alternative.
I find that rounder toes are more comfortable than points, but sometimes beauty involves pain! Leather lining makes a massive difference; synthetic shoes are so uncomfortable.
Of the shoes you linked, the first lot look a bit clumsy. The second lot are better but have a touch of the queen Elizabeth about them. You can do better. The third are OK but are a bit workish (see above).
I think that shoes really make an outfit so it's worth going outside your comfort zone a bit. I once read somebody opining that shoes are the exclamation point of your outfit. Pretentious, but true!
