Skirts

I'm looking for some skirts for work, I've got crap legs so wanted something a bit longer, the office is smart/casual so I hope that the skirts I've linked to would be ok. What sort of tops and shoes would you wear with these? They're not too hideous are they?

I would wear heels with the first and flats with the maxi. I absolutely love the second one .

With the midi skirt something plain, maybe something like this? I have bought a couple for work which I'll wear with a cardigan until it gets a bit warmer.

I was thinking ballet pumps or loafers maybe with the maxi skirt?
