Asos dress sizing

Do Asos dresses come up small?

dd 16 wants this dress. She is normally a size 8 but has broadish shoulders

USually about right I find

I find them to be pretty accurate.

That dress has a tie on the back between the shoulders so she should be able to adjust it anyway.
