Help please! All I want is a cotton sundress!

Going to Italy in June and whilst there I'll be attending an outdoor sporting event.. I'd like to look classy and glam but not overdone.. In my mind I'd like a nice cotton sundress, fairly fitted, to the knee and either strapless or thin straps... I'd like this in black, cream, or white, possibly navy.. But would consider other colours..

But can I find this? Can I hell... Everything I see is polyester, and the thought of walking about in the heat with that sticking to me does not appeal.. I'm 5'9", size 10ish, 41 but a young dresser and don't do frumpy..

Has anyone seen anything that might fit the bill? TIA

its a bit 2010...but if you would wear a halter neck: the vivienne of holloway dresses come in pure cotton. you dont have to belt or petticoat them and they are boned so you can get away sans bra

I suppose in terms of shape closest would be the Lanvin and the bridesmaid one but they're too formal - it won't be that dressy..

I would really like something shaped like the dress in this photo (straight and relatively fitted) but a bit longer and it could have straps but just thinnish ones - fussy cow aren't I? Can't see anything like it though..

Actually I would like the first if the straps were a bit thinner and the skirt was straighter, not so flared..

No, I don't want posh as it won't be that dressy, just a plain dress I can glam up with big sunglasses etc..
