Husband bought me the wrong perfume - help!

My husband very kindly bought me a Chanel exclusif from heather ow duty free this morning. However, it's one I already have. I have the receipt. Does anyone know whether e.g. selfridges will exchange it for me, even though it was bought in duty free??

I once tried getting Clarks to exchange a brand new pair of children's slippers - they wouldn't without the receipt to show they'd been bought in Clarks as Clarks shoes can also be bought in John Lewis, Brantano's etc. But it's worth a try - you might get an assistant who does it for you (but I'd just say your husband bought it from Selfridges and you don't have the receipt as it was a gift).
