Spring footwear? Recommend some styles.

What do you wear between boots and sandals/summer shoes?
I mostly wear skinny jeans or leggings with longer tops also have some boyfriend and straight jeans, occasionally wear dresses with opaques.
I've been wearing converse but need something smarter for work, maybe with a block heel.
Any suggestions?

Yes they are all nice, I saw similar brogues in Clarkes with a slight heel.
