The colour block brown/orange ones £60.

They're really not my cup of tea.

But if you have nice feet they'd look ok.

HappyGirlNow · 08/03/2014 13:51

I hate them.. Sorry. Unless you're 18 and size 8-10 and then you may get away with wearing them ironically. Apart from that they'll be frumptastic.

AnnabelleDarling · 08/03/2014 14:03

Actually I think they are pretty cool. That block heel style is very fashionable this season and they are very comfortable to wear. There was a 2 page feature on that style of sandal in last weeks Grazia, so you are very fashion-forward Wink

I prefer the other colour way, but if you like orange then go for it

Catsmamma · 08/03/2014 14:05

ooh no...they will cut off your ankles and make your feet look frumpy.

HappyGirlNow · 08/03/2014 14:08

If you want a block heel these are nieces - different colours available..

HappyGirlNow · 08/03/2014 14:08

*nicer not nieces!

Bunbaker · 08/03/2014 14:11

Thos Next sandals will only look good on long slim legs with delicate ankles.

shazbean · 08/03/2014 14:14

Not loving them, sorry.
Heel is a bit too low, if they were wedges maybe but agree they are frumpy.

Bunbaker · 08/03/2014 14:17

I meant to say that I don't like them either. They re too clumpy and the heel is too high. I find heels more and more uncomfortable these days.

MyNameIsWinkly · 08/03/2014 14:20

I love the cross over block heels on the same page, is that just me, and is it just because I had a pair like them many years ago?

LaTrucha · 08/03/2014 14:31

I have just seen these which I think are nice. I do think you have to have nice toes to carry off a think strap like that. I know I wouldn#t get away with it.

DaftSkunk · 08/03/2014 14:49

I don't like them sorry op, but I'm not a fan generally of these type of sandal.

MrsShortfuse · 08/03/2014 15:49

I love those LaTrucha. I wonder if that's a proper adjustable buckle on the front though, or just for show.

Those are good too HappyGirl, and pleasantly surprised to see they are leather lined.

MelanieCheeks · 08/03/2014 15:53

Oh I quite like those! But I'm not really a style guru.....

LordPalmerston · 08/03/2014 15:54

i love the next ones

MelanieCheeks · 08/03/2014 15:54

I don't like the Next or Gerbera ones as I do NOT like ankle straps. But that's cos I have wee stumpy legs.

LordPalmerston · 08/03/2014 15:55

im getting em

YesAnastasia · 08/03/2014 15:58

The brown leather cross over block heels are OK & the leather flip flops are OK also - no so the colour block, sorry.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 08/03/2014 16:07

I like the Next ones, as I love ankle straps, but I prefer chunkier 70s-esque sandals.

Bunbaker · 08/03/2014 16:59

No, don't like those Ravel ones either. Just not my style.

LordPalmerston · 08/03/2014 17:19

you might be on the wrong thread then! Grin

HappyGirlNow · 08/03/2014 17:25

Well although I'm slim my legs aren't particularly small or nice and the Next ones are surprisingly flattering..

MrsPMT · 08/03/2014 17:33

Dont like the fat face ones OP, like the Ravel ones

and the quality of the Next ones won't be as good.

Bunbaker · 08/03/2014 19:27

You're right Lord Palmerston
I still don't like them Grin
