What products have you found cheaper versions of that are just as fantastic?

Collection/collection 2000 lasting perfection concealer. I switched from using high end brand ones after seeing it recommended on various blogs and it's easily as good.

I've just started using boots natural collection mascara and liquid eyeliner. £1.99 each instead of £20 a pop I was paying before. They were on 3 for 2 the other day.

I swapped Emma Hardie Cleansing Balm for Boots Botanics Cleansing Balm and I like it just as much.

I used to use Estee Lauder Invisible Fluid Makeup and now I use Bourjois CC cream and it's so similar in fact I prefer the Bourjois!
