Last year I brought a pair of pink jeans! I worn them a few times. Have a big clear out and wondered should I keep or chuck?

Have recently invested in a pair of grey skinny jeans trying to find my inter Kate Moss Grin and just thought the pink jeans seems a bit faddy?!

Views?

It's the kind of thing that will look great if you like them and feel comfortable in them. V springlike so I would be digging them out around now.

But if they make you go "ich, I' not sure about these pink jeans, is everyone looking at me?" then chuck.

elQuintoConyo · 07/03/2014 10:00

Er... wear what you want?

OhCaptainDarling · 07/03/2014 10:08

Must admit I thought they were cool but actually it was impulse supermarket purchase! Saw a friend wearing a pair and she looked amazing it them. Must remember I'm not a size 6...Wink

I do wear them and little bit self-conscious...chuck it is then!

i ll have them! what size are they?
my 2yo is wearing some today and they look lush.

apparently I take fashion advice from a baby. that I dress.

OhCaptainDarling · 07/03/2014 10:14

poo really?

TU Brand
Skinny --more like Bootcut IMHO-
Size 16R

I'm not a 12 so they look ridiculous!

My DD had a pair when she was 2, so looked flipping cute in them!

poocatcherchampion · 07/03/2014 13:37

and thank you so much!!!

Ujjayi · 07/03/2014 13:51

I'll be donning my pink jeans again in the next few weeks - both bright candy pink and a richer fuchsia shade.

But I agree with ListenToTheLady - if you feel uncomfortable then chuck.

I'm actually on the look out for pink skinnies atm but agree, only keep what you feel good in!

Namechangeforamo · 07/03/2014 16:33

How about wearing them with a longer tunic type top op? You would only be showing a splash of pink on 3/4 of your legs. Not as full on then. Are they baby pink/hot? You could easily wear grey with them and add this scarf to update an outfit with them

Warrap · 07/03/2014 16:51

I've just bought some coral pink skinny jeans. I wear them with long tops in grey or navy, and so far only one person has commented about my bright trousers. And he's a bit of a pillock anyway, so I'm not bothered! I think they're nice for spring :)

Twinklestein · 07/03/2014 17:09

I've got pale pink, bright pink and coral, I'm looking forward to wearing them...

For anyone who likes J Brand these are a fab bargain.

southeastastra · 07/03/2014 17:10

i have three pairs too, same colours as twinkle bought last year from zara and i love them! also tried on some lovely peachy ones from Levis that are in just now but they were 80!

burnishedsilver · 07/03/2014 17:22

Chuck 'em.

MrsCampbellBlack · 07/03/2014 18:56

I like them for summer - but agree not in the flesh colour as that's freaky!

Kelly1814 · 07/03/2014 19:02

I have a bright pink pair from whistles. Love them. Wear them!

OhCaptainDarling · 08/03/2014 16:50

Shall I take a photo poo?

Surprised about the love for the pink jeans Grin

I have fuschia ones from gap and emerald green that I wore all year last year. This winter they seemed a bit bright.

I think definitely spring-like. I will probably do like warrap says and wear with long navy or grey tops to play down the colour.

Love the grey & pink scarf.

iseenodust · 08/03/2014 17:03

Hot pink jeans are fab. Cropped even better.

Flangeofmingetown · 08/03/2014 18:16

No they are vile. Chuck as well as any farking red trousers and any other jaunty coloured ones.

Flangeofmingetown · 08/03/2014 18:17

There is always Dylon.....

FrugalFashionista · 08/03/2014 18:36

The other day, in a sea of dark neutrals, I saw a middle-aged tourist in skintight pink jeans. She was the flamingo and the rest of us were the crows Wink

Lavenderhoney · 08/03/2014 20:30

I've also got some fuschia ones from gap, and I love them with a white tank and flats:)

I've no idea if they are fashionable ( worries)
