Glossy Box or Birchbox - does anyone subscribe? Are they worth it?

Wondering about joining Birchbox - i love all things beauty and these sound a great idea BUT i have seen some bad reviews, particularly of Glossybox.

Does anyone get either of these or any other better one?

I gave up on glossybox. It was rubbish and all I got every month was sick on eyelashes.
