i never buy clothes but ive just splashed out....

2 pairs of ugg boots (bargain prices) (black classic tall and chestnut bailey buttons) no idea if i like them or not until i get them! they may be going back....

1 pair of leather patent navy ballet flats from M&S
these to wear with linen trousers and jeans

1 pair of black jeggings from Florance and Fred at tesco (princely sum of £12!)

and am about to buy 2 (possibly 3) tops from monsoon.....still deciding.

Just ordered this silk polka dot shirt. I saw it in store but lots of sizes had sold out.

I've given up a bit on clothes, but this month I bought a Boden Breton (20% off) its a super colour but its thinner than the last one I had. And a jumper from M&S which is actually really nice!!

I was also looking at the Great Plains site, they have some fab stuff reduced. I really need to lose weight though. Easier said than done.

frankietwospots - I'm keeping the boden mini - really love it. Can wear with a skinny brown belt and short sleeve tees or vests in summer then sweaters and tights/brogues in winter. I'm short (5'2) and it's a good length for me but I imagine too short on someone a lot taller. The fabric is described as jersey but it's not flimsy. It's quite structured which I like. Very good alternative to the tube skirts loved on here (don't suit my shape). Works for me. I like the stripe ones too!

hate shopping so i always order on the net and then send (most!) some of it back....my choices are pretty boring really, but the splurge is justified as not bought much of anything for about a year....

Also this asos blazer in asos' 48 hour sale. In the same sale I got Dp some new shirts and suit.

Ds1 has gotten a new coat (ted baker secondhand on ebay) and some new biker boots (clarks also eBay). He's thrilled as the coat is black with a red lining - just like Peter capaldis. Both DSs were also bought knitted stripy hoodies from the one world shop by dps mum.
