Adult acne

Ds 25 has acne, his skin is dry, red and irritated. He recently was prescribed a one off dose of an antibiotic which cleared it up well. Two weeks later his skin is just like before. He has used panoxyl gel, but that just makes it even more dry and sore. He's off to doctors again soon, but is there anything he can use to calm the redness and irritation.?

aldi have a adult skincare range for blemished skin at the moment in their 'specials' aisle. I've bought the face wash and the moisturiser, which are working really well.

As recommended on here, I'm also using hibiscrub

I'm 40, and my skin is looking better than it has in a long time. (after only a week of my new regime)

although the hibiscrub is probably too drying if he's suffering from red sore skin. Clean and clear's moisturiser is ok (this was what I used before I found the aldi one)
