I love this - it's our 12th anniversary soon (silk) so it would be a perfect hint to DH - and I like the idea of having my two DSs' initials.

But is it a rip-off for what is essentially a bit of thread and a few gold-plated beads?

Has anyone got one, can you vouch for the quality?

Looks lovely and I like the idea but couldn't you make one yourself for about a fiver? Go to any bead shop and they can sell you the stuff. I also think the silk hint to DH is rather subtle to say the least and he would have to have an emotional iq of an absolute genius to get it!
