So dye from Coat/jeans has rubbed off on a lighter coloured handbag.

any ideas on how to remove it or at least lessen it?

Thanks

apparently hairspray works but test first, good luck

Collonil leather gel is good for that, you can get it off Amazon.. plus i've used Hairspray on a cotton bud to get pen off (not dye transfer) a bright red bag, but it can also take dye out so be careful.

Right have elnett and collonil (sp) gel at the ready
Will try anything.

Although hubby thinks it's too much effort for a cheap bag - haven't the heart to tell him that although it was from the outnet clearance sale last year if id paid full price for it - he would have divorced me!
