Think I'm having a hair dye disaster!!!

So have applied John Frieda foam (in deep cherry brown) and the bugger isn't foaming, not one little bit.

Do I wash off now or wait the 30 minutes and hope for the best????

Did you "shake" it properly?

It should come out of the bottle in lovely little foam balls.

you dont shake, you just tip it several times. Did it come out as foam from the dispenser and is just not foamy on your head?

I always use the foam dyes, and bought a john Frieda one recently

Used it and noticed the same....it didn't foam up for ages I had to keep massaging it ..and even then it didn't foam up much..

Left it for the full 30 mins, washed it out conditioned it

It seemed ok...I prefer the l'oreal ones though

Yeah massaged loads but still didn't foam.

I waited the 30 minutes and just about to dry it, gulp

Fingers crossed it comes out ok.

It doesn't foam on the head does it?
Mine didn't. Foam coming out the squirter, bit liquidfied as i massaged it in. Came out fine.

I think it's fine, doesn't look patchy as far as I can tell. Not being able to see the back of my head isn't helping
