Bra sizing help please!

Off to Debenhams tomorrow, REALLY do not want to get them to fit me! Using the bra intervention method, i've measured 35 underboob, and then a variety of sizes across-boob when leaning forward, mainly because my boobs are now like two oranges in a sock, thanks to weight loss! I got 41 twice, 40 once and 42 once... I think 41 is most accurate, its hard to know because I'm not sure if I need to hold the tape measure flush against the top of them where they join my body, where they are narrower and shaped like this ) ( - I hope that makes sense! Any advice given would be massively appreciated!

Thanks - I went with a friend who was waiting outside, so I shall go on my own next time and give some different bras a whirl!

I tried on a balcony bra today in a 34f, it was a little roomy at the top of the cups still but again, moulded cups- I felt like a 34e would have been too small cupwise. It was however reasonably large around the back - I could def pull it away from my body probably about an inch. I need to try on some unmoulded balcony bras but I struggle to get time. Might order online, I remember reading about Curvy Kate sizing on another thread, was it big or small they come up?

Big in the band and tend to be smallish in the cup so maybe try 34f and 32ff

Thanks, will do!

Well they finally arrived and I think the 32FF is a goer, I filled the cups with no gape, so I didn't try on the 32F! I felt like it was a tiny bit tight but not ridiculously so, probably not used to wearing anything so well fitting.

CK bras tend to stretch in the band so I wouldn't worry!
