How to improve my posture?

I've noticed that my posture has become worse after having DC3. It be honest, it has never been brilliant but right now it looks awful when I forget to think about it! I do Pilates and ballet workout on the bar, and I can stand straight when I think about it - it's just that I forget! I'm really keen to improve it - any tips or tricks?

Alexander Technique - it's brilliant for posture.

Imagine there is a thread attached to the top of your skull, pulling you up. Relax and drop your shoulders - they should be straight, not "back". Check the angle of your pelvis - it's very common to tip it forward, which makes your lower back arch in and your tummy and bum stick out. If you do this, try to pull your bum under your body so it's more in line.
