Hi All, my husband went to live back in Quebec in Nov 2013 and I am planning to visit him later on this year (probably July/Aug) and I need a thorough overhaul and not sure where to start. I am 56 years young and am a bit overweight and totally unfit - have never exercised my whole life. I also seem to have developed spider veins on my face and JOWLS! My skin is dry and my feet are like trotters. Please ladies where do I start? I want to look as good as possible when I see my OH.
Would just like to add I don't have the money to join a gym or to buy fancy products or, much needed, cosmetic surgery! Thanks.
