Casual dresses

I want to buy three casual dresses for work. Ideally that I can wear tights with now and then without for summer.

Any ideas? I either find ones that are too formal or too revealing.

I'm a size 12 curvy with a post baby tummy.

I got this in Gap recently- very flattering on my size 12 wobbly tum as it flares out in just the right places! I have worn it with tights and boots, would wear with flats in the summer.

I'm quite liking White Stuff's dresses at the moment. I've ordered this and was also tempted by this one as well as others. Haven't seen any in the flesh yet.

Not seen Top Shop dress or White Stuff ones in concessions but may order or see if in nearest shops. Like colours of Top Shop one a lot.
