My bras make no sense.

I've been wearing a 34B for years. I have no idea why, really, I think I was measured at New Look or something?!

Anyway, I went to Bravissimo. She measured me. She commented that my boobs are a lot fuller with a bra on, so measured me again. She recommended a 32D. That felt a bit tight, but I stuck with it.

DP bought me a 32DD today, and I'm bursting out of it. Literally. If I move my arms at all, my nipples escape and bounce around.

Bravissimo lady did suggest that I go down to a 30 back eventually, but that was just too tight and uncomfortable at the moment, so we've compromised at 32.

This means that the cup size is too small though, surely? So I need to go up again?

I feel impossible.

You need this

And search Mumsnet for any bra related threads!

It does sound like you need a bigger cup and possibly a smaller back. Have you scooped?

Yep. I'm a good scooper :)

I seem to have boobs that need side support...with a bra on I can't see my toes, but they 'flatten' quite a bit without one.

is that normal?

Shall I try a 32E?

You sound as if you might have quite shallow breasts that actually need a bigger cup than you measure (have you measured following the link up thread?)

Post you measurements and one of us will suggest some sizes. Bear in mind that your size will differ from brand to brand and style to style.

Which bra dis you get at Bravissimo and which one did your DH get you?

I'd say 32E.
