I recently bought some shampo, conditioner and styling products on the advice of an Aveda consultant. Unfortunately the products did not suit my hair which I was really mad about as they cost so much. I emailed Aveda and they are ordering me what ever I want to the value of what I spent 
most companies would have tried to fob me off but they've been great. It's nice to know there is great customer service out there.
