Does anyone else have a problem with glasses steaming up on the inside when indoors?

After having some new glasses with an anti glare coating I noticed that the lens' steam up on the insides ie the lens side that faces the eye.

I use them mainly when I'm MNing working on my laptop indoors. And I've noticed its happening with my other glasses too, so can't just blame the new ones. I'm not hot or sweaty; don't live in a particularly hot or cold house; no hot flushes. I don't quite understand why this is now happening.

Is there an explanation for this?

I noticed this got worse when I changed my glasses to a style with wider arms that sat slightly closer to my face - they were just a bit too enclosed.

Have you somehow started wearing (all) your glasses closer to your face? Like maybe recently tightened all the screws to make them fit 'properly' again?
