Top & feet help with this skirt?

Saw this patterned skirt and happy it suits me (5'1" 38, pear-10). But I've no idea how to style it for a smartish work night out coming up. Shoes or boots & top to go? Please help

Lovely. I'd wear that with a black or grey cashmere jumper or silk t-shirt, black opaques and heeled ankle boots.
