Frown line. What are my options?

It's really bad and getting more so. Vertical line in between my eyebrows, with another smaller line on each side of it. I look permanently cross. I think it's from years of on and off depression.

Are there things I can do? I'm 38.

botox

Frownies. (For a few hours only)
Massaging with oil.
Drinking loads of water...these all helped mine.

Or

Botox
Fillers
Facelift

Botox. From a reputable cosmetic surgery place, not a beauty salon with a trained nurse.
Waste of money otherwise.

Botox. Painless and makes um disappear completely. You'll be amazed!

BlodynRose · 06/02/2014 22:05

Face exercises to smooth and lift the face OR get a fringe cut in.

Floisme · 06/02/2014 22:22

Ignore them. I bet no-one but you has even noticed.

botox

BlodynRose · 07/02/2014 01:05

face exercises tighten all the muscles and lift the face and smooth out lines. Can I ask why people choose to have botox rather than go the natural route?

Coumarin · 07/02/2014 02:44

Fringe. Smile

Early 30's and mine no longer go away so slowly coming round to the idea of botox. They don't bother me quite enough yet but not ruling it out for the near future.

Those who have it, can you specify that you'd only like a very small bit of botox just in the one area or does that look odd?

The shiny forheaded, surprised faces of various botoxed slebs puts me off a bit.

Coumarin · 07/02/2014 02:44

Blodyn Do you do a specific set of facial exercises? (Google is bringing up some strange results.)

BlodynRose · 07/02/2014 12:29

Look on Amazon. I had the original face exercise book in the nineties. Can't remember her name at the moment and I'm on my phone. She is now in her eighties. Oooo.I remember, Eva Frazier orFraiser Smile

Coumarin · 07/02/2014 17:37

Thanks Blodyn

FrankCarsonsDressingRoom · 08/02/2014 05:49

I've started eva Fraser...your face feels tight after...like a workout, so it must work....no results yet but I've only done it once or twice

Try and embrace them as your own personal 'don't fuck with me' lines a la Caitlin Moran? Failing that, fringe
