First one: if you are very young, thin and edgy that might look nice if worn in a boho way. Otherwise it really risks being a bit frumpy.

Second one: much nicer. Will you be wearing it with the collar up? Don't much like the dressing gown style belt, but it doesn't have to be tied that way. Pricey, tho.

I like the fact that the second one is slightly different from the usual biker jackets in the market. Nice belt too!

Love the colour of the second one, but not the belt. Don't like the first one.

And if you have a huge @ss forget it in either case!! (Shuffles off dragging her size 20 one behind her).

Can't go wrong with either. Tho like the second one best just because it's a bit different.
