Hi all,

I recently turned 30 and have been wanting to start face exercises to delay signs of ageing. After reading numerous threads on here I'm confussed whether I should follow Eva Fraser or Carole Maggio !?!

Anyone who has tried both and would recommend one over the other ??

TIA :)

I just bought the Eva Fraser DVD (am 36)it's quite easy to follow and doing it feels like quite hard work so I am hoping that it will do something but don't look 10 years younger yet. Have no experience of the other one.

Carole Maggio is good. I feel it is probably a bit more researched than EVa Fraser who started out loooong ago. But maybe Eva Fraser is updated, I don't know. But Carole Maggio has, for example, quick exercises for when you are sitting in traffic.

I use Flexaway facial exerciser
www.flexawaysystem.com/

and if it is your lower face you want to shape up it is very quick to do - I do 100 flexes in the shower each morning.
So possibly a face exerciser would be your easiest bet.
