Interview attire

I've got an interview and I'm wondering what to wear. I don't want to buy a suit as the jacket will never get worn, but I don't mind buying a jacket that would co ordinate with other things , ie smart jeans etc. I was thinking of a boxy, collarless style but have had no luck finding anything. I'm size 14, 5 ft 4', budget around £50. Any help appreciated if you've seen anything on your travels.

It depends on the job you are being interviewed for IMO
I certainly wouldn't expect a suit unless you very applying for a managerial or sales role. For a admin or retail type position I would be looking for smart, a tailored skirt or trousers, a nice top/blouse and a smart cardigan or jacket.

It's not manergerial but it is public sector admin, so smart and professional. I would like a jacket though just one I could wear again and not part of a suit.
