I'm wondering what the shit is going on 
. Placed an order on 16th January and still waiting (it says on the site stuff will be shipped within 48 hours but I got no such notice). Every time I checked my account it said my order was 'en cours de traitement'. I logged into my account to fill out the query form. Not sure if it sent or not. Then I checked my order again and it's listed as annulée. I did not annulé my order! Gah
