What have you bought this month? [FEBRUARY 2014]

sotiredfornow · 03/02/2014 21:14

On another forum I used to frequent there was a monthly 'What have you bought?' thread. It was absolutely amazing for help finding new things to buy! I'm in desperate need of inspiration so hoped you'd all think this is a fun idea and hop on in to leave links to your purchases throughout Feb...

Quiet so far for me this year.

Selling a few valuable things on eBay this week so may treat myself to this Coach bag. Can't decide - mahogany or tan?

In fact, I fully intend to have a good look in Coach!

This thread has given me some great ideas. That's a lovely dress wordfactory - out of stock in my size though. MrsNoodleHead - great bag. Where is it from?

Bought nothing in jan, but have just ordered 6 some dresses from people tree and jigsaw sales, not intending to keep them all... I've also seen a top I like at Atterley Road and hankering after some tan ankle boots...so much for frugal feb!

Loving this thread. No purchases yet for me (tells myself I do not need that Boden tan bag!). Fascinating seeing what other people have bought.

sotiredfornow - tan best I think.

I think this is the same necklace as yours but £9 cheaper. From a blog I looked at via recommendation from mumsnet.

Kosher, thanks - it's Marc Jacobs but at 50% off at The Outnet. I had been eying it up for a while so couldn't resist when it popped up.

Bought nothing for myself in January (or December, come to think of it).

So this month I've treated myself to a pair of Vera Moda skinnies and a pair of Ash virgin hi tops in metallic, helped by some lovely Mumsnet ladies on another thread.

No more spending for a while now....

Just wanted to give this a bump after the disappointment of nothing being right in 3 out of 3 online shopping parcels this week :( Think I need to start shopping in store at all times!

I've bought a pair of Ray Ban matt black wayfarers. They are a birthday present from my husband, but I didn't trust him to get the right ones!

I also plan to get some Nike Blaze Lows if I can find some cheap enough, in leather. I'm a little bored of my Converse.

I have however returned the Me&Em ruched dress, it looked awful on me, not sure if it's because I am too short, but there was just too much material. I also returned a top to Atterley Road which again looked horrible on.

shatzepage what dresses did you get from LadyV?

I love their clothes!

Had to exchange my skirt as too smal but got bigger size today and it looks awesome.

I bought some knickers from Top Shop, black leggings also Top Shop, knickers from Uniqlo and black leggings from there. Striped top from H&M for mum. Oh and leopard print Boden bargain boots and black jeans Leigh from top shop and blue and navy spotted oasis jumper! Navy lace top shop socks! Oh and pretty polly opaque tights black.

Thought I hadn't got much.... Smile

I did have a UTI and accidents Blush hence the leggings and knickers one time and also stayed over another time so more leggings and knickers and socks. Otherwise I needed new leggings and like the uniqlo knickers.

I bought these to replace my Converse for spring.

I'm trying to make one considered purchase a month, and my Converse are falling apart so it was easy to decide to go for a new pair of trainers this month.
