Stylish coat for the park etc

Or my trusted old leather biker. Neither really work as a 'just popping to the park' coat. Any suggestions? I basically want a stylish, weatherproof equivalent of the grey, hooded, 3 in 1 with a cosy fleece tucked inside coat. But not one of those.

Anyone with any recommendations? You can't all be wearing cagouls to the park.

I have the Barbour Arctic Parka which is fabulously warm and sort of water resistant now that they use synthetic down. It's popular in this board but I haven't seen anyone else wearing one irl so not too sheeplike!
