S just found out we are having a reunion in a month. I need to,,, loose a stone ( or as much as I can towards that goal), tone up, improve my skin ( losing tone, spots all of a sudden, big pores), improve condition of my hair ( over dyed due to grey), what's best way forward any one x

Superdrug Vitamin E oil on face every night.
Couch to 5k (this is excellent, but I have been a lazy git and not been sticking to it - you will do though!).
Hair cut.

Lots of water, eat clean and that will improve your skin more noticeably than any product could! If it's just for a month you could be really strict with eating good foods without suffering too much from deprivation.....!
And book a blow dry on the day itself!

Thanks all

Hi OP, I never used to bother with my nails at all, but a Shellac manicure def helps me feel more glam....

Another vote for loads of water and eyebrow thread.

Low carb!! Go on the boards -if you are strict you'll drop at least half a stone (I can drop a stone in a month on it.)
Lots of water - 2/3 litres a day and its like you've had a facelift!
Good hair cut and some Bobby Brown make up.
Link your dress I'd love to see it.
Have a fab time!
