It's very fine and I have a tuft of 'baby' hair at the side which doesn't grow (the rest grows quickly). It's just past my shoulders and I can't leave it down because it tangles and I can't tie it back because of the baby hair. It won't curl, I've tried all sorts of curlers etc over the years and they always fall out after an hour, if I get it cut short it grows very quickly so it's expensive to maintain. What do I do? Any ideas?
