Beauty bargains for under £10

I know there have been a few of these, but I always love to hear about what others use.
I'm mostly skint these days, so unfortunately the days of premium brands are over for a while forever

But, I've repeatedly bought:
Dove silk glow shower gel - smells divine and leaves skin soft.
Aveeno skin relief - great for my elbows which are affected by psoriasis.
Nivea invisible anti perspirant - it works on both counts and smells lovely.
Arm & hammer whitening toothpaste - always return to this.
No.7 top coat - nails dry in a flash
Maybelline nail varnishes - great colours with staying power. Better than many premium brands.
Soap & glory lippies - tried the mat ones and love them - dense colours and staying power. Lips also look bigger!

What are your bargain 'must haves'?

I must be the only person to not have got on at all with MUA. Hated the lipsticks, especially.

Superdrug Effects rich red wash in wash out conditioning colour 1.49 is excellent for covering grey roots. Have to bulk buy this as it's often out of stock.

Avon nail varnishes

Maybe line mascara

IamInvisible · 01/02/2014 19:10

Body Shop Vitamin E Serum. It's actually £11 but there's always offers on. Last time I bought it it was 40% off.

It has made a massive difference to my skin. Even other people are commenting, my hairdresser said I look "fresh faced" after 10 days of using it.

Maraki · 01/02/2014 21:11

Superdrug radiance hot cloth cleanser (dupe for Liz Earle cleanse & polish and better than Eve Lom cleanser)
The night cream from the same range when my skin is behaving
A seriously thick layer of Astral as night cream when my skin is super dry and all is well by the morning
Barry M nail polishes
Dove shea butter & vanilla body lotion: seriously moisturising and not too greasy
Max Factor false lash mascara

Collection 2000 concealer
Dove silk glow shower stuff that OP uses, keep coming back to it, nothing else is better and often a lot worse

LittleBabyPigsus · 02/02/2014 04:24

Collection 2000 matte lip cream makes a great cream blusher.
Packs of baby washcloths from pound shops, perfect for hot cloth cleansing.
Mellor & Russell macadamia oil body lotion from Poundland.
Body Shop Vitamin E face spray (can't remember the exact name but it's wonderful and soothing)
Waitrose Pure skincare
Waitrose Essentials shower gel/bath cream, especially mandarin and ginger, cinnamon cakes and amber and lemon blossom
Oliva 100% olive oil soap, around £1 in Holland & Barrett and you can even use it on your face and as shampoo, it's so gentle

LittleBabyPigsus · 02/02/2014 04:25

Oh and GOSH BB cream - best high street one IMO. I love Korean ones the best and they are generally under £10 too, I think my favourite is the Skin 79 Gold one.

mcgilly · 02/02/2014 04:42

Rimmel nail polishes and lipsticks, so good! Max Factor foundations, Maybelline mascaras. Bourjois is also wonderful, especially the little pots.
