So on reading many threads and having at least 1 personal recommendation I am wearing the wrong size bra like I didn't know from the fit of what I have

Last try on I was limited to shops and ended up I'm M&S didn't use there fitters but was only store with my predicted sizes.
I measure 31 underand 37+a little bent over, or 36 upright at fullest.
I tried a 32 d & 30dd found the 30 back better but after scooping the dd had overspill.
Of to debenhams tomorrow, starting place 30e 32dd do you think that's right?
(Been wearing 34b/32c and know they are not right but don't hurt iyswim)

On 31/37 and finding a 30 back worked better I would say you should try a 30E and 30F. And possibly a FF given that you weren't fully bent over.

If you go to Debenhams, to get the fit try starting with a brand like Freya or Panache as they are (IME) a bit more reliable sizing wise and the size you get in their stuff is more likely to be a good starting point for ordering things online.

Lots of people like the Debenhams Gorgeous range, but their sizing can be a little off as they tend to run small in both back and cup so you may find that you take quite a different size in that brand to pretty much everything else! So by all means try them but bear that in mind.
