TALL tantrum!

I am so fucking sick of there being such a limited range of clothes that fit me (I'm 6 ft tall, a size 12).

I hate LTS (yuck!), Next Tall (frumpy, badly made) and New Look/ Topshop/Dotty P's paltry, cheap little selections.

I need choice. I need well made clothes that fit. I need dresses and skirts that hit my knee, not look like long tops. I am late 30s - I cant be wearing little skater dresses made for women who are 5'5.

Waaaaaaah. I hate my entire wardrobe and its because I am wearing clothes made for a woman a half foot shorter. I just want to scream!

Any tips, for the love of GOD?!

6ft and size 20. Fed up. Hate LTS with a passion but have little other choice.
Boden do a longer length I kid myself it is long enough I just want decent quality and properly proportioned.

Just been on Gap website lured by 20% discount and they have expanded their tall selection since I was last on there. Tall trousers in size 6 - my Holy Grail!!!!

Including cropped styles too - I find wearing standard trousers as 'crops' just looks like my trousers are too short on me, think it's because the knees are in the wrong place and of course the rise can be wrong too depending on style.

Have ordered several pairs in sizes 8 & 6.

And my favourite jeans now in tall sizes too - fab.

Glad I popped by - but my credit card won't be :-)

My favourite skinny jeans are Lucky Brand, fabby jeans in a 36" leg, I'm also loving Gap!

Jelly curls you have exactly the same proportions as me- height, dress size and the narrow feet. We need to swap notes :-)

(I too am narrow 8/9. I reckon a C width although I'm not sure. Clarks 'D' are wide on me.)

Let's do a clothes swap I would suggest except we probably don't have any going spare! ;-)
