Hi. We were given a voucher by a friend who bought one when hard pressed at a stall in a shopping centre. The session was not fun and the photographer insisted on us taking poses that we didn't think would look natural. The viewing was not better and we were not allowed to see some of the pictures that had been deleted because they didn't like them. Well overpriced and not friendly, no trace of customer service.

Venture have their own look which may not to everyone's taste. They also do the hard sell quite badly i.e. you can buy today for £X but next week the same framed print would be £X+50%. Having said that, I've had a couple of sessions there (bought as gifts) and the freebie pic that comes with the gift is pretty good imo so if you can resist the hard sell then it's ok.
