nice boots or just ugly

I live in flats but need something with a bit of a heel that I can wear with skinny jeans. These are comfortable but are they nice. My friend tells me they are on trend. . . Honestly I don't care so much about that but are they ugly or not. Mad question but I am so sick of looking at boots . . They are all starting to blend into one. These are expensive so I don't want to regret them. Opinions please. Silo dune in black.

They're not my taste, but that doesn't mean they're ugly. I live in brown biker boots from Gap which I'm sure some would find hideous, frumpy, whatever.

My ones are actually the plain leather but people will get the idea. They are not usually my style either. And it's winding me up that they are so much more expensive here in Dublin. . 185 euro. I should love them shouldn't i?

They're okay but too expensive for what they are in my opinion. Plenty of similar ones on asos and new look even (!) for much less than that..

But I guess it's a question of budget isn't it!

I like them, they are not particularly on trend but nor are they offensively off trend. Nice but not fashion forward if you get my drift
