Help me find an up do for work please

My hair is curly and just a bit longer than shoulder length, side parting. At work I always look scruffy unless I straighten my hair.

I would like to put my hair up, but I have scalp psoriasis, so need my hair covering most of the nape of my neck.

I've tried searching pininterest, but haven't found anything suitable. Any suggestions anyone?

A big quiff like Beyonce in the single ladies video or if you can do plaits then do 2 french plaits on either side and stop halfway and use bobby pins to secure. Or a plait across the top like the headband plait thingys you can buy

Or a quiff with a loose side ponytail

What about a low bun? Could you use a head scarf type thing to hide the nape of your neck and have your hair up above it? I saw a tutorial on that, will try to find it.

Oo i wish i could be bothered to have hair like the little things lady!

Thank you all for trying to help me Smile I know I am hopeless Wink It needs to be really easy, suitable for curly hair and smart enough for work, but not OTT smart.

I think with a low messy bun it should hide the sore part of my nape hopefully.
