Should I blow nearly £500 on a faux fur coat?

What do others think of the coat... I probably won't end up buying it because that would be pretty silly. But I might.

I bought a beautiful, white, real rabbit-fur, vintage coat this week for £45.

That looks synthetic and shit.

I clicked on the link to look at it and now it's popping up advertising itself to me on nearly every other page I visit...

beeyump... I own a faux fox fur and wore it to the pub last week... noone would sit with me because it was apparently 'horrendous'.

If you want the coat baby, get the coat.

It looks cheap. If you're going to spend that much on a coat, faux fur, fabric, or whatever, it has to be a classic.

Fwiw I don't think £500 is too expensive for a coat, but I really think faux fur looks cheap at any price. It wrinkles, and real fur doesn't. For £500 you could get a pretty Anglomania coat?

Or one made of happy, bright-eyed kittens. Who would otherwise be chasing a ball of wool....

If it's the 'real' fur ishooo you have, I'll quite happily discuss that.

If it's the style/colour of the coat, I'll happily point you in the direction of a style advisor and optician

I have no need for a style advisor or optician, cat and I don't want a massive, real fur coat. I just don't.

And floozy I adore clothes which are perfect for just swanning around in!

The only nice fake fur coats are the ones which look like actual fur. And then you'd feel like you were condoning real fur. It's a bastard.

Are all of you ^ughing^ at real fur, strict vegans??

And do none of you wear leather shoes?

Do people eat a lot of mink and chinchilla then?

Are mink and chinchilla more worthy of life than cows, sheep or chickens?

Are the practices employed in the fur trade as humane and regulated as those in the farming industry?

Is there any proven benefit to health from the wearing of fur?
