Hello there, following on from the other 'lady garden' threads. Can I ask, those of you who do remove the hair from your bits, how do you avoid the nasty rash? I shave the 'underneath' but , what is usually a tidy triangle, gets all red and then spotty if I shave or wax that part at home. The obvious answer would be to leave it. But I don't want to. I like to wear small knickers without it poking through. DH doesn't care what I do. But I would like to be smooth, but without a rash!

What wax do you use? Hot wax is the best and I don't get a rash from it but I growing hair is another story! :-/

I have a hot wax at a salon and never get a rash.

Charlieboo I bought a lotion from amazon that really helps with ingrowing hairs I'm sure it's called ingrow go

How long does the rash last? I use Veet wax strips and get redness but it's usually gone by the morning. Those little wipes they put in the box help to soothe the affected area.

Ingrow Go is fantastic for getting rid of post-waxing rash.

I would never let a wax strip near my fanjo again. Its too harsh. Hot wax only. I don't get a rash at all.
