Anyone tried it? It's supposed to be brilliant but it's sooooooo expensive. Isn't it?

I've just googled it. It seems to have a "unique balance" of what are pretty standard ingredients in moisturisers. Plus added snail. Or perhaps snail secretions include the ordinary ingredients that are in it in quantities slightly different to other products (or at least that's what I think "unique balance" means, anyone know different?

Then there's the story of the remarkably soft skin and rapid healing of snail farmers. Might it be cheaper to buy a different moisturiser, catch a few snails, let them slime on your hands, then rub your face?

Try Holland & Barrat for a good price .

Grin med. I wonder what snails have got that slugs haven't. There are loads of slugs in my garden but I can't see any snails.

Slug slime is very bitter/poisonous so they don't get eaten by birds (since they don't have a shell to protect them).

There's my interesting fact for the day!
