How do you store your boots?

I have many pairs of boots which are lying in a big messy pile at the bottom of my wardrobe. I don't have the stand things for the knee high ones so they just flop about and I can never just put my hand on a matching pair.
I'm good with shoes - some in boxes and some in a hanger thing, but I don't have much room. So please tell me, how do you store your boots?

Some hanging in wardrobe with clamp hangers, some stuffed with plastic to keep upright

Each pair in their box, under the bed. The ones I wear most often are just on a shelf in the cupboard under the stairs.

IN the original box, all with boot trees.
I keep them in my wardrobe.

I have a 10 pair wrought iron boot rack which gets used by all of us.
And a box under the stairs... Blush

I have a dressing room with fitted shelves and rails and my boots and shoes are on racks at the bottom.

If you don't want to spend £ on boot trees, a rolled up magazine or an empty mineral water bottle work just as well...

How do I store them? In a big fat pile of no order whatsoever at the bottom of my wardrobe!

BellaVita · 20/01/2014 21:34

In their boxes like all my other footwear.

ChippyMinton · 20/01/2014 21:37

AuldAlliance that's a great tip. Boot trees are £££.

ShreddedHoops · 20/01/2014 21:39

Envy at Bonsoir's dressing room!

Trouser/skirt hangers. Push the grippy things right in. Perfect boots every time :)
