What can I do for dry skin

I normally moisturise in the morning with Avon anew moisturiser and then at night with a night cream. However my skin is still looking dry and my wrinkles around my eyes pretty bad.

Anyone guide me in the right direction?

Oh and also for skincare - Mizon No 1 King’s Berry Aqua Step Up Cream (gel moisturiser) or Mizon No 1 Moist King’s Berry Cream (standard cream moisturiser, reminds me of Steam Cream). Both come in HUGE pots!

Other nice Korean brands for makeup (sorry to drip feed) - Elishacoy, Holika Holika, TonyMoly, Skin79. Definitely cheaper (I'd put them at a Rimmel/Maybelline level) but IMO better quality than the equivalent here. Holika Holika BB cream (most Korean BB cream tbh, it started there and it's much more like a proper foundation and has higher SPF although comes in a more limited colour range) and eyeliner pencils are particularly nice. Not usually an interesting bit of makeup, but Korean powder compacts (called 'pacts' there) are LOVELY and have incredible SPF coverage - SPF30 minimum usually. Very cute packaging. Korea is generally hotter/more humid than the UK so SPF content and mattifying is generally much better.

A lot of Korean makeup is advertised as 'whitening' - IME this is a translation error and means brightening rather than South Asian type bleaching creams, there's no long-term whitening effect. There are SOME bleaching products but standard makeup labelled as 'whitening' does not contain bleaching products. I've tried a lot of Korean base makeup that's labelled as 'whitening' and it's more like an illuminating effect.
